A remanufactured component is only as good as the test that validates it.

At CRP Reman, we don’t rely on generic test protocols — we build our own. Our custom EOL (End-of-Line) testing equipment simulates real-world operating conditions to verify that every remanufactured unit performs exactly as it should. From voltage spikes and temperature shifts to load cycles and signal variations, we design our testers to push each component to spec — and beyond.

Why build our own? Because most of the parts we remanufacture are too complex or too niche for off-the-shelf solutions. Steering systems, electronic modules, hybrid control units — they all require unique inputs, outputs, and logic. Our in-house team of engineers and technicians develops fully integrated test stations to ensure nothing gets missed.

Each test station is tailored to the component, with software and hardware working together to replicate OE-level performance benchmarks. In many cases, our test coverage exceeds what the original manufacturer required — giving our partners even more confidence in what they’re getting back.

And when needed, we can build and deliver custom test systems for our partners’ own in-house use — ensuring consistency across locations or service networks.
